Student Union

 The Link is an online platform where all student groups and campus departments can organize, manage and promote their events in a centralized location.

Students can log in to The Link to manage their own personal calendar and the student groups they are members of. All space reservations will be handled through The Link instead of event services. Student group executive members will also be able to send invitations to their general body members.

Students can access it by logging into The Link website with their WUSTL Key by going to thelink.wustl.edu

You can now use the SU website to find out which events are happening on the current day as well as the upcoming events taking place in the next couple of days. The calendar on the SU website pulls dates directly from The Link, so it is always in sync.

To find more information about an event, mouse over its title to read the description or click on the event's name to go to a page that gives even more information about the event.

This year, Student Union introduced The Link, a new student group management system and campus events calendar. The roll out of the product has been a bit more buggy than we expected; however, we are confident that The Link will soon become an integral part of creating a vibrant campus community.

Currently, we are working on creating a public calendar so campus events can be seen by anyone without logging into The Link. Afterwards, we will work to integrate The Link with the new WUSTL Connect system. If you have any questions or suggestions for The Link, please send them to administration@su.wustl.edu

Until then, Neha Tibrewala, the SU Vice President of Public Relations will send out weekly "SUpdate" emails to inform students about campus events.
