Student Body President, Jeff Nelson, talks about Student Union efforts to begin the creation of a comprehensive student portal and responsibly restructure dining hours in the month October. Nelson also highlights examples of student activism on campus.

     The DUC programming board has launched a new initiative to tailgate outside the DUC (in the front courtyard by the parking lot) before home football games in the Fall. I encourage everyone to come out, enjoy some lunch, and then go out to support our Bears. If you're really adventurous, bring your own grill and camp out in parking lot. Either way, I really believe this is the season for us to come together as a community and show our Wash U Pride. Stay on the look out for more information from the DUC as more details fall into place.

On Saturday, November 1st, the WU Bears will take on Carnegie Mellon on Francis Field. The first 100 students to arrive to the game will receive a free burrito buck for redemption at a Chipotle restaurant. Please be sure to come out and support the Bears!
