Description

The mission of the AIAS is to service as a liaison between architecture students and the professional organization of American Institute of Architects (AIA), the architectural community, and students from other architecture schools across the country. It purpose is to bring local architectects into the school as well as engage student in the local community. As it is a national organization it also holds ties and support to the greater body of architectural student ans engages issues such as payment for internships and studio culture. AIAS is the academic organization of Givens Hall as well. We engage in activity that constantly explore and define problems in the school and bring about positive change working with the administration.
