Student Union

Student Union has a partnership with Media Services to make it easier for student groups to access audio/visual and media equipment for event needs. The details of the partnership include the following:

• Student Union recognized student groups may reserve any equipment from Media Services without incurring a rental fee. Group that return equipment late or reserve equipment that requires professional set up may be charged a late fee ($100 per day) or set-up fee respectively.
• The Student Union Equipment Committee shall serve as an advisory group to Media Services for future equipment purchases and upgrades. Students who have suggestions for media services should contact the Equipment Committee by email at equipment@su.wustl.edu.
• Student Union and Media Services shall meet once per semester to evaluate the service provided to student groups and discuss any necessary improvements or enhancements.
