·         Oversees all club teams on campus. Large increases in appeals by sports teams led to a $50,000 increase in funding for this general budget.Proposal to amend Article 1 Section 7, to no longer allow sports clubs to appeal for funding from Treasury.

Dissenting opinion that sports clubs are still student groups and should be able to appeal.

Clarification by Emma, Pres; Sports Club Board is not a student group, it is an exec group. Emphasis that there will be a processional overhaul on how SCB receives and appeals for funding.

Wanted to see itemized general budget well in advance Reuven
At the end of the day, we didn’t have the budget ahead of time and shouldn’t have tabled this just because we didn’t have everything. We had some faith in VP Finance in his role and were still thorough here. Chris D.
