Comments:
-WashU tradition for 17 years

-Ironman is the company that provides sound, lighting etc, worked with them for 10  years

-Provide about 50% discount

– Presenter is not sure whether it is absolutely necessary to have the higher price

– If they didn’t get this appeal, they don’t have any option since all their fundraising goes to charity and miscellaneous items

– Keaton: How much did you pay ironman last year? Ans: $7,452.40

– Luke: has there been a contract signed yet? Ans: not signed yet but unspoken agreement

– Bill: Itemization has not been provided so wants to see what everyone else has to say

– Harvey: Worked with them for SPB, not easy to understand their itemized list, likes the discount

-Keaton: Itemization not a problem, wondering if the value of the setup will be significantly be better than what they did last year

-Bradford: Cant push this to fundraising, group has good record

– Vikram: Motion to fund the full amount, it’s a good deal, this is to ensure the event will run more smoothly

– All in favor of motion
