·         Re-Imbursement rule needs to be written out.

·         Stray from using “value” and “cheap” in reference to events

·         Be engaged when there is an objection. Be sure to stay focused and engaged.

·         Thank groups for sincere reasons.

·         Internal Elections are next week. Reach out and speak to current leadership.

·         Appeals training next session

·         Don’t ask if groups have already paid for expenses

·         Don’t use the word value

·         Sports Club will have a high cost per person

·         It is essential for us to ask groups if they’ve paid for events

·         Re-Imbursement rule is a guideline not a written rule. It has become murky Vikram Biswas
·         We are misusing the Re-Allocation Rule

·         Lets have a discussion on the funding of sports club board

·         Treasury can give inputs to VP Finance to write in How Things Work Kenneth Sng


·         Groups should be able to pay for things as long as it is on person credit card Rosie Rust

·         We look at price per person for all non sport club cat 1 groups we should also look at price per person for sports clubs Travis Parr
