SP20 Budgets Released Budgets have been released. You can access your budget on SU Finance. If you have any questions please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, or attend any of the post allocation office hours listed below:
Check Requests DelaysAs many of you know, Cynthia accepted a position in the Career Center. With only two Business Coordinators processing the work typically meant for 3 people, there have been some delays in processing. This means that it may take a little longer for you to receive your refund. We understand that this is inconvenient; however, it is important that you DO NOT RESUBMIT CHECK REQUESTS. Please be patient with us as we go through this transition. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email@example.com.
End of Semester DatesThe last day to submit appeals is November 25th. The last day to submit expense requests is December 10th.The last day to submit carry-forward requests is December 13th.
Account RetrievalThe last day to request unused funds from your account to avoid 90% penalization is November 15th.
CarshareWe have finally been able to complete the setup process with Enterprise! We will begin the registration process of drivers this week. If you are in the pilot program, please send a list of drivers with their emails to firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, attached you will find a flyer explaining the process of submitting check requests for Carshare.
Student Group Support FormStudent Union has developed a ‘Student Group Support Form’ to better support students and student groups on campus. This form will serve as an all-encompassing resource for any questions, concerns, or feedback you have about SU initiatives, policies, resources, etc. The form, linked here, can also be found on WUGO. Any questions should be directed to email@example.com.
Responsible Community TrainingAll Category I groups holding a large-scale social in the Fall ’19 semester must complete Responsible Community Training prior to the event taking place. SUPR is also hiring for Spring 2020! We are looking for student photographers, graphic designers, and videographers. You would be doing things like photographing events like an a capella concert, designing a flyer for a cultural group, or filming a performance in Edison. The pay is $10 per hour and is an easy, flexible job where you can choose your own hours. This job is good for those looking for 2-10 hours a week of work. All of the photos and designs you make are to help student groups so it’s a win-win situation 🙂
