Hi Presidents and Treasurers,
I hope you all are enjoying some well deserved time away from WashU. Below are some important updates to keep in mind as we head into the spring semester.  As always, please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns and Happy Holidays!
Carryforward DecisionsCarryforward decisions will be sent out  by 1/5.  
Appeals Account The appeals account will reopen on 1/10. Please reach out to treasury@su.wustl.edu or finance@su.wustl.edu with any questions. 
Spring Presidents and Treasurers Training Spring Presidents and Treasurers training will be help on January 19th from 1:00pm-2:30pm.  Training will be mandatory for all new Presidents and Treasurers and optional for returning Presidents Treasurers. 
CarshareIf you would like to be considered for the Carshare pilot program (i.e. streamlined billing) for the Spring semester, please fill out this form. If you are already in the program, you do not need to fill out this form but please make sure you have sent an updated driver list to finance@su.wustl.edu
Block Funding 
Groups seeking block funding for the 2020 fiscal year need to submit their budgets by January 10th. With SU Finance closed while Janice and the Business Coordinators close accounts, please utilize an excel sheet. If you would like a template or have any questions or concerns, please reach out to finance@su.wustl.edu with any questions or concerns. 
New Group and Category Change ApplicationsNew Group Recognition and Category Change Applications are now live! New group and category change application forms are due at 11:45PM on January 24th, so there is plenty of time to apply. Please contact Bryan Peltier, Activities Committee Chair, at activities@su.wustl.edu with any questions or concerns. 
Spring 2020 Activities Fair Spring Activities Fair registration forms are due at 11:45PM on January 8th, and the Activities Fair itself will take place in the Field House of the AC on January 17th from 4:30PM-6:00PM.
