  1. Updates

Speaker and Committee Chair:
For the fall, all sports competitions have been cancelled, eliminating travel for sports groups.  Restrictions will also be placed on the size of group meetings, which limits the kinds of programming available to groups.Zach(Speaker)
I’m looking to reorganize BAT’s so in the future I’m hoping to maybe convene a group of BC members to figure out how we can reorganize.Fadel(BC Chair)
Exec:
SU operations are going to look a lot different this coming year.  Also stay tuned for Exec 54’s goals coming out soon.  I will also be sending out emails to each of you soon to find out where you’re at heading towards the end of the summer.Ranen(SUP)
SAF is in a weird place due to enrollment being in flux for the fall.  We won’t know final numbers for a little bit but I will reach out when we know; a second General Budget may be necessary.  SU Finance is still shut down so groups are still unable to access it; it will not be reopened until around August 15th.  If you’re looking to get more involved in Treasury, reach out to Alexa or Zach and we have found some opportunities.Alexa(VPF)
Advisor:
CL is taking steps to prepare for all eventualities for how the school year will play out; after the university has released their plan, CL will send out a newsletter concerning how the decisions made will affect the jurisdiction of Campus Life.Peggy
